Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver digital transformation projects. Act as the primary point of contact for client, implementation partners, and vendors. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams. Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and government stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Ensure compliance with Government of India policies, security standards, procurement guidelines, and contractual obligations. Oversee solution deployment, UAT, training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support. Monitor project quality, KPIs, SLAs, and deliverables. Coordinate with third-party vendors and System Integrators (SIs). Support bid management, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities for government RFPs, where required. Maintain project documentation, audit records, and compliance reports. Required Qualifications
